We, at “Next Gen Paper Solutions Pvt Ltd.”, are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information you share with us.

We collect information in three different forms viz. your personal information and content that you share with us as documents in physical form and digital content that you upload. We also collect some transaction related information on our website, E.g. how many documents you have sent, how many documents you have uploaded etc.

In order to deliver service to you we need your personal information which includes but not limited to your name, address, email and phone number. Additional information includes but not limited to your date of birth, father/spouse name, nominee details etc. We need your personal information to deliver services to you. We use your email address and mobile number to update you on your account status and status of various requests that you might have made over phone or from the website. We also use your personal information to send you reminders on any pending payments or subscription expiry details. We occasionally use this information to deliver you promotional messages about various services at Next Gen Paper Solutions Pvt Ltd. (kleeto). Our communication to you will be through emails, SMSes, postal/courier mails and other appropriate channels as required for communication.

Physical documents and digital documents collected from you are stored in your account only and are only accessible to you via login password provided to you by kleeto (Next Gen Paper Solutions Pvt Ltd.). You can change your access password at any time by logging onto website.

Your physical documents are digitized in-house within highly secured environment and are stored in physical form in a highly secured storage with no access to content of your documents.

Your digital documents are accessible to you only and are not accessible to others.

We may access your digital documents to do housekeeping jobs and while doing so we will not access content of those documents.

Your physical documents will be accessed for digitization, storage and retrieval purposes but at any stage its contents will not be accessed.

Disclosure

Except as described in this section, we will not sell, rent or disclose your personally identifying information to third parties. We use other companies, agents or contractors to perform services necessary to our operations. For example, we have partnered with courier companies and provide postal addresses to the Courier Service for delivery purposes or another example is we use 3rd party SMS and email provider to send SMS and email notifications to you and we need to share mobile number and email id to do so. In the course of providing such services, these companies may have contact with your personally identifying information. We will not be liable for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by these companies. Next Gen Paper Solutions Pvt Ltd. Physical and digital documents shared by customers will not be shared with anybody by kleeto. Physical documents will be carried in closed envelops by our partner companies to deliver to your address. It is expected that you while sending documents to kleeto, ensure that envelops carrying your documents are put in closed envelops before handing over to kleeto staff or our partner courier/logistics company.
